In search of a rotating assembly/bottom end

Hello to all, Would anyone know where to find a good bang for the buck rotating assembly for my 94 TA? My car has approx.178k miles on it and i'm considering on doing the le2 head/cam or le1 still not sure. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
