Running rich, have no clue

I'm running really rich for some reason I can't understand. I've checked the codes and the car doesn't have any codes now except for a busted SES light. It did have an o2 sensor and egr code but when I had the o2 replaced it fixed the egr thing. So I'm still running really rich, but I have no clue. I do have a csv file that I got today for about 30 seconds before it started to rain (I had the desktop on the deck to do this). Here it is http://www.filefactory.com/?0525bc so maybe you guys can give me some help with it by looking at the data log.

I know a lot of the responses on these posts are the usual low/high tire inflation, having a lead foot, all of that, but you can literally smell the gas coming out the exhaust from about 10 feet away. It's really strong.

Post another csv file but this time let the engine warm up such that it is running in closed loop mode, and also record the MAP and MAF sensors.
