Running Rich, fouling plugs

Ive been running really rich (it burns my eyes) and fouling plugs. There are no exhaust leaks. could someone please look at my tuner pro CSV file to help me understand what the issue is. Thanks in advance

Looking at the file it looks like the left side O2 is is registering leaner than the right. Maybe the O2 is on it's way out (they start registering lean, lower output, before they die). If the left side registers lean, the pcm will dump fuel into the left side to compensate.

Thank you for the reply. A couple q's though

how did you determine this? is it by O2 mV VS. BLM ? i can datalog all day but im not sure what it all means.

Check for leaks in the intake tract behind the MAF. Unplug the MAF and see how it runs, MAF may need to be cleaned.

CHeck the little o ring seal on the MAP sensor.

Check Coolant temp sensor.

BTW how do you like Tunerpro? Have you got the free version? Can you tune with it? Or do you just use it to datalog?

David,

There are no leaks behind the MAF in the intake tract. It runs the same with the MAF disconnected.

I will check the seal for the MAP today. Ill also check the CTS today as well, I should make a note that my cooling fans used to work a couple weeks ago but now they will not turn on, perhaps that has something to do with it?

I like Turnerpro RT pretty well, Its the only datalogging software I can get to work for this car. I haven't fooled around with tuning it yet as im a total NOOB at tuning, but i understand you can do it with this program, I also wanted to get the car running correctly first.

Where did you get Tunerpro RT. I tried google but no luck.

Thanks,
Edit: it helps to spell it right! Thanks,

Anybody else have trouble with the file? When I opened it, there were 2272 lines, but there were crazy numbers for 3, 4 or 5 lines in between what appeared to be valid data lines.

At the end of the record (sample 2268), Cell 16 was showing 120-left and 119-right BLM's. MAP was a shade on the low side at 27.0 kPa, but he's apparently at a higher elevation, with a barometer of 94 kPa. TPS, MAF look normal for idle, and there's not much more useful data in the log.

im not sure what the extra crazy numbers are there for.

in the thread I posted above there is another tunerpro datalog, i noticed that it says the rps's were at about 3200 which is not correct, it was an idle.

With all those extra lines of invalid data in there, its almost impossible to do anything with the data log. I usually run calcs at the bottom of each column for "max", "avg" and "min", then start to look at the lines of data where the extremes occur. That isn't possible with your log.

Update:

Last weekend I replaced both O2's and the CTS just to be safe, I was getting really excited to start the car and then.......No fuel pressure, pump wouldnt kick on at all.
I just finished putting the new pump in, and it runs pretty good, slight misfire, but im sure its the plugs. Ill be changing them tomorrow and maybe the wires next week just for good measure.

Thank You all for your help and imput.
