running rich??

I am trying to figure out this problem. My car is a 94 Trans Am with the typical bolt ons. Headers (MAC), CAI, Exhaust, etc. I have stock injectors, TB, fuel pump. I have also blocked off the AIR and EGR systems and added new O2 sensors. The programming is through pcmforless and is a conservitive program. He even changed the values once and still the same thing. I am pouring out black smoke and the plugs are fouling in very little time. I just changed them this past winter/spring and have put around 1-2K miles on the car since them (mostly to the track and back, I don't drive the car everyday). Could I have a bad fuel pressure regulator? The car even smell rich during idle.
What else can I check? If anymore info is needed, let me know.

TIA,
Chris

clean the MAF

Remove your MAF and clean it with a spray-on cleaner, carb cleaner, throttle body cleaner, etc.... This should help your metering and clear up your idle richness problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will try that tomorrow.
I really don't think it is my programming, Bryan has worked with me on that and it never really helped. I think something else on the car is a miss. After all, I did drop .4 with the programming and headers (did both at the same time).

Well I can mark 2 things off
1)checked for injector leakage and no bleeding of fuel pressure
2)check for bad fuel pressure regulator and no fluid on the vacuum side.
Guess I will try and borrow someones stock pcm and see how that runs.
