You checked this reading with the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regualtor on or off?
Just checking...

The injectors are redtop motorsports and I varified the # on the injectors because I thought I had been scammed. The problem is they are from an individual off EBAY and were supposed to be cleaned ,flowed and with new o-rings and pintoseals(?????). They looked to be as described with the new stuff on them. I did change my constant to 26 and took a log but havent looked at it yet(had company all night). The truck seemed to run alot stronger with little to no stumble and even spun the tires. I cant remember the last time it did that. Does anyone know what psi the motorsport injectors are rated for? and is there a way to raise the fuel pressure with the stock reg? And thanks again for all the help.Oh yea I checked psi with the reg vac hooked up and as vac decreases psi goes up to just under 45 max.

Hmm your constant for 30# ford SVO's should be around 32(ish) if i recall after compensating for the lower fuel pressure on fords. Search the board, i know the exact calculation was pretty easy for me to find. Switching it to 26 and having everything work great leads me to believe theyre not flowing correctly..

I would not up the fuel pressure without identifying what the root cause of your problem is. And even then you should be able to adjust it in the tune and not have to mess with fuel pressure...

When you run the ford injectors (flow rated at 2.7bar = 39.15psi) at the stock LT1 fuel pressure (3bar = 43.5psi), they will flow 5.4% higher. 30 #/HR x 1.054 = 31.62 #/HR.
pintoseals(?????).
The injectors are a "pintle" style.... the pintle is a little plunger that moves up and down to open the hole in the end of the injector. They put new seals on the pintle.

I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the logs?
