i think my charcoal canister is full. outside the car smells like gas by the rear driver tire but not inside the car or other side...must be the canister...my question is can this cause the car to die...it just started doing it today also...if you rev it up its fine but if it sits ideling once hot for about 2 minutes it will idle down and die...

now it runs rough all the time...

i also removed the line that comes into the engine bay along side the fuel lines and it WREAKs of gas and burnt my nose smelling it...i blew into it and could barely push though...

 

I'd check out your plugs/wires first.

 

theyre fine...just did...not because injectors or plugs/wires it surges sometimes seems like avacume leak but its not checked them also...gota be this canister...


ive got one fast lt1 and one stocker...never had a problem with canister ever, this canister only has 95k on it...racecar was fine at 140k
