Roller lifter question

Is it okay to re-use Roller lifters with 55K on them with new cam?

You'll be fine if they look good, assuming your not running killer spring pressure.

I rebuilt my whole motor and stroked it and thats the one thing I didn't replace. The guy who did the machine work said I didn't need them. Considering I was getting all my parts through him (mostly), I would have to say he was honest. He said just like Nateh said......dont need new ones unless you have heavy spring pressure.

I think you'll be OK. Just look at the rollers for uneven wear, nicks, or any galling.
