Rocker stud question

I got 1.6 nsa roller rockers and with the guide plate on the stud only goes into the head 3 turns. Anyone know the arp part number for a stud that goes into the head like 1/4 further?
thanks guys,

ARP # 7201...Also make sure you've got the correct guide plates. The ONLY ones that work are GM part # 14011051. Nothing COMP , Crane, or ANY other cam manufactuerer will work. LT1's have .050" different valve spacing than a typical SBC. Isky makes a set of "adjustable plates", but they have to be welded after they're adjusted. The GM Performance plates are a "bolt-on" deal.

Are Guide plates advisable when using the GM LT4 rollers? They come as a kit w/springs etc, but no guide plates.

AFAIK, the LT4 rockers are self-aligning and don't require guide plates. It is not advisable to use guide plates with self-aligning rockers.
