Rim Sizing Problem (17X9.5 and 17X11)

OK... i am really pissed off. I ordered 17X9.5, and 17X11's for the rear for my 95 Camaro. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...RK%3AMEBWA%3AIT

I took it to a tire place (CJ tires) to dry fit them so they could get a idea of the tire size to get, and the rear's don't fit!!! what give's! Is anyone else Running this setup?!?! how did you get them to fit? Has anyone else ordered form AFS wheel's? My car chassis and suspension is bone stock, i don't know why these tires won't fit? i don't have a convertable or anything. AHHHH i am so pissed of, someon please give me advice!!!

Your link doesnt work. I am assuming these are ZR1 replicas?

My guess is the wheel is hitting the bump stop. Jack the car up by the axle and they will go on, but they will rub when the axle droops, like when you jack the car up by the frame. I drove mine around like this untill i got a chance to do some grinding.

BTW, you want to run a 315/35/17 in the back and a 275/40/17 in the front.

Calm down! Those wheels will fit but it takes a bit of doing. You should have done a little research first. AFS isn a good company and their wheels are good. Do a search and you will find all the info you need for mounting 11s on the rear.
Tire size should be 285 front, 315 rear.
