I scanned my car and it tells me the right bank O2 sensor is bad, which side is that? Thanx for any help.

 

Sitting behind the wheel looking at the engine. Drivers side Left, Passenger Right. What's the code?

 

Well thats the thing a friend scanned it with a new scanner that didnt give a code number. It only had info, and the info it gave was bad Map Sensor and right bank 02sensor was running lean. With this info I really dont want to pay to have it scanned again just to get a number, so I was hoping someone might know which side is the right bank?

Passenger side is the right side and unfortunately that's the hardest one.

 

If you are positive the passenger side is the right side, that is all I need to know so I can go buy the 02 sensor. Ill wait another 30 minutes till I run to Auto Zone.

Well, the O2's are the same for both sides. So you can go pick it up anytime
