Results from fuel tests, bad pump???

Hey,

Today I went and checked my fuel pressure because my scanmaster has showed my car is leaning out at high rpms, and it seemed fine during idle, and with the vacuum line off of the regulator, about39 psi at idle and 43-45 with the line off. At WOT pressure drops to around 30 at high rpms and also drops off while changing gears. I was thinking this high rpm fuel pressure drop might be due to a failing pump. I also checked the amps from the pump and was reading 4.7Amps which I thought was a little low as well. Any input is appreciated.
Thanks,
Brandon

Since you have power adders, you have a higher demand on your fuel system, so I don't think your stock pump is going bad. If it was, I think you would have symptoms at lower rpm. It's probably time to "beef up" your fuel system. The cleanest solution would be to replace your stoch in-tank fuel pump with a Walbro (see Racetronix setup). Another approach would be to add an in-line pump to supplement your stock fuel pump. This is much easier to install.
