replacing the window regulator / motor

replacing the window regulator / motor
i've replaced the motor about 10 times now... and its time to replace it again
the problem is that something inside there is bent, and the big gear (regulator?) is far enough over so that it hits the motor itself, causing the motor to burn out much quicker than normal.
how does one replace the gears inside there? what is included with the "regulator" setup?
