Car Die While It was Fixing to crank it up

Car Die While It was Fixing to crank it up
My car just went DEAD (No Life) No lights (Stereo any lights). It just died like I took the Batt out!
Please tell me where is the Main Fuse or Relay I can check it.
Its and -30 Degree TEMP Freaking COLD. Can't stay out too much out. Please tell me where I can see MAIN Fuse and which one is.
BTW Batt is 3month OLD.
