Replacing Sparks

Well, i was reading something on this forum, and it said that my spark plugs were failing when my engine gets warm and it looses performance, and i think that might be true...

so what spark plugs should i get and how much should i figure paying?

they should come pregapped but i think it is .050

I used NGK Iridium plugs. I just checked them while doing a header install. After 25,000 miles they are in good shape and still have the correct gap. I paid $52 with tax at O'Reilly auto parts for those.
