replacing fuel line...

When I was welding my sfc's, I burned a hole in one of the fuel lines (the innermost fuel line) and started a big ole fire. Well I cut it and put a rubber hose around both ends but it's leaking. How hard would it be to replace that fuel line? I see it disconnects in the middle of the car but does it disconnect again near the engine somewhere? Anyone got a part # for me? Thanks

well you giot two choices. gm will say that you need to replace them. but thats not to say that you can't repair them. ok well a hole new set of all three is $88.00. you can't buy just one. they are fairly easy to replace just remove the fender well and rout them. or you can repair the broken one. the need to un hook the smallest section that connects to the meta lines and take that in the you local hardware store and get and metal barbied fitting. don't get plastic. make sure it's one that just won't slide in. it needs to be a tight fit. you won't be able to just push it in you will have to heat the plastic part up with a hair drier. and there you have it.
