Should i Replace Timing Chain w/ Hotcam kit?

 

It would be silly not to at least replace the stock timing chain while the cover is off, especially with a cam. Many people go beyond that and install more heavy duty timing setups.

 

Replace the stocker and you'll be fine. Don't skimp and not replace it, unless you plan to be inside the motor again soon. Cheap insurance.

 

Without question.. I replaced mine with a stock replacement.

 

Has everything been cool w/ your stock replacement chain? I've been thinking I'm just going to go this route w/ the hotcam so I can hang on to my CPS sensor and not bother w/ the double roller..
