The closest track to me is an 1/8 mile track, so I'd like to set it up for maximum performance on that track. Would upgrading to 3.73s be worth it? or should i save my money for headers? How much time would you expect me to gain with gears

 

When I put the 3.73 in the 94Z I was stock and I only picked up maybe a tenth in the 1/8 because I was going into third right before the end of the track. The only reason I got that is because I lowered my 60 ft time.

 

not as much as u would with a stall...

like a 2800 vig or similar...

very good combo...

some have seen like .5 in the 1/4th i believe

 

you'll see a big gain, i managed an 8.46 with my mods
