Removing Valve Seals

Installing Valve Seals

My mission for today is changing the valve seals, I got the first spring off, but im not really sure how to remove the seals. Whats the best way to take em out?

Just grab them gently with a pair of pliers and pull up while twisting...doesn't take much force.

pliers, just twist and pull like your giving a badass purple nurple, it'll let loose. If you got the CM ones for replacement you should just feel 3 clicks/pops as you push them on, no need to use a hammer or anything to seat the new ones.

alright I got the old ones off easy enough, but when im putting the new ones on, it seems like they go on to easy. I got the CM black ones w/ the purple ring... It just seems like they go on to easy....

Not much help, I've only done stock ones...they seem to go on snug.
