removing plastic on the sides of the rear seats

i am trying to remove the plastic on the sides of the rear seats. i am just not sure how the coat hanger comes off. also, there seems to be a black piece of metal coming out of the plastic that is a hex or allen wrench hole. i am not sure how that comes off either. help would be great. thanks

At the top or bottom of the coat hanger there should be a small opening or indentation take a small screwdriver and gently pry it out and thats all there is to it. That peice just clips in. I took my sail panels out and don't remember any metal peices in them except for the trim screws.

yes there is a small opening in the coat hanger to pop out. when i pop it, it only comes out a little bit. it does not come all the way out. maybe i need to yank on it harder. i was thinking that there was a black piece of metal, not sure what the purpose is, holding the plastic on. i think it is by the top of the back supports of the rear seats. i could be wrong.
