Cool anybody try the dynaspark yet?

I have heard problems with the stock opti junk pulling past 6000 rpms. has anybody tried the dynaspark yet? I know about the ls1 set up but would like to try the dynaspark first. Thanks for any help.

Well, I placed my order for one on January 13th and as of today I still haven't received it. So if you need one right away, you better forget the Dynaspark or plan to get in line and simply wait.

I'm also curious if anyone has actually acquired one of these DYnasparks and has installed it?

I really dont see how it would be worthwhile to buy. i could buy 3 new optisparks for what they are asking for one.

Well Ive got a setup where I need to pull to 7500 rpms and ive also got a jacobs ignition (really hot). The last person I know that tried this setup fried 3 opti junks in a couple of weeks. It never would pull past 6500 rpms except for one time with just a msd digital. It still fried the opti after a few weeks though.

7500rpm. I believe FAST is waiting for your call, or check out Electromotive, maybe an Accel DFI unit?

I dunno, personally i have seen many cars go way past 6500 on optisparks.

I have a 383 Imp SS which is running to 6800 or so on the stock opti just fine.
