I got a bunch of rattles coming from under the dash panel in my 94 T/A. I want to know how to pull the panel off. I've heard it's secured in place by Velcro but it just won't budge. I tried prying it off with a flat blade screwdriver but gave up out of fear of breaking the panel. Could someone please tell me where exactly the Velcro strips are located under the panel so I don't end up chipping and breaking the whole thing? Thanks
