Post Prescription for tunes in a 1st gen?

ok, where to put speakers ina 1st gen without cannabalizing the interior?

The dash panel has already been cut for din mount, so I won't have problems finding a head unit, but the only speaker mounting location seems to be the center 4x10 spot in th top of the dash. I hate to cut much interior panels, but the car is not an original ss or z28 or anything so I guess I can if need be. I was thinking 6 1/2" Rockfords in the doors and 6x9s in the rear package tray, with a bass tube or single enclosure behind the back seat.

Any other suggestions?

I'd look into custom made fiberglass kick panels. Use them to replace your originals so that you don't have to cut them.
