Removing the cat

Hello i wonder if it safe to remove the cat on a camaro 94 350lt1
whithout any problems whith thr ecu

It is safe but depending on what exhaust you have your computer might pick up knock. This can be fixed with an LT4 knock module. My only other advice is to watch your oil pressure switch which is right above the oil filter it hit mine with my y pipe when i took it down and it costs 40 bucks for a new one not to mention i though that i didnt have any oil pressure at the track.

your pcm wouldnt even know its gone since you have an ob1. I would do it if you dont live in an emissions state. I had good results with mine, but then again, my old one was clogged
