How do you remove this blasted Crank pully off without air tools?

I originally paid a (sh1tty) shop to do it since I was short on time the time around... but I'm back in my driveway and the dang thing is just going to keep spinning... trying to get this optispark in... how do I get these 3 bolts out?

 

Nevermind I got it... using my flywheel method... easy as pie...

But damn this MArch pully is on tight...
