Hey Red,

I removed mine along time ago but if memory serves it wasn't that difficult at all, most from underneath the car is where you access the bolts. I think I loosened off the tranny coolant lines at the rad, removed the serpentine belt of course, I think there is 1 bolt that holds the a/c lines onto the compressor and 2 maybe 3 bolts holding the compressor to the block and then remove from under the car, nothing stands out about being that difficult. The a/c delete pulley was easy to install and I used the same belt as it was pretty much brand new. Good luck....

You do need the AC delete pulley/bracket.

The uninstall is straight forward, 3 bolts holding the compressor to the accessory bracket, 1 bolt in the rear holding both the inlet and outlet pipes to the compressor, and I think 1/2 more bolts holding tranny lines in place.

My suggestion is to disconnect the coolant fans and remove the whole assembly. I could not get the A/C compressor out without doing so, screwed with it for about 4 hours with no luck. After I took the fan assembly out (its held in by plastic tabs+gravity, incredibly easy to remove, just have to work the plastic tabs past the radiator lines) it took about 15s to remove.
