The EEC charcoal canister is in the drivers side rear fender???

The stuff in the passenger fender includes the very small vacuum reservoir for the heat/AC controls, the combination battery support/coolant reservoir, and two horns. Where is the charcoal canister in the front fender?

There's a plastic panel in the drivers side wheel well liner. The canister is behind there. Like the other emissions systems, there is nothing to be gained by removing EEC, other than less clutter under the hood and a small weight reduction. If you don't vent the tank properly, it can get pretty stinky inside the car.
