Pop the endlinks out and drive around with it for a bit. If its better, take it out. If you dont like it, put the endlinks back in. Pretty simple

Well, thats pretty much a given. People remove it for other reason like weight transfer.

Mine had been out for about 3k now and I have gotten used to it.
Its not bad just driving around but if you like to take corners fast I would leave it in.

I am planning on doing it this coming weekend. Can you all tell me how to remove it? I have not really got a good look from under the car yet so I am not so sure how to right now. It would save me time, thanks whoever can help

Removing it makes a HUGE difference in the way the car launches! Mine has been off for 3 years now, and I don't miss it a bit.

If you want to see how a car launches without it, check my web site. Other than the removed sway bar, the suspension is completely stock!...With 95,000 mile shocks, springs, torque arm, control arms, etc. Yes, that is a drivers side front wheel off the ground in some of the pictures. The real interesting thing is, the '01-'02 pictures were taken when the car still had a completely stock engine with exhaust manifolds. Stock motored/stock suspension car with daylight under the front wheel?

BIG difference in how the car leaves the line. Cornering isnt really decreased much unless you go into a corner fairly hard, then you can feel it.

Chances are you will break your endlinks removing them as already said. They are only a few bucks each though.

I must say that this was well worth my time, as well I took off the BMR Strut Tower Brace at the same time. I think I might sell it!?!

Well, With the swaybar and STB removed my car totaly feel faster off the line, I can literally feel the difference in wieght without them. I would never have imagined to be able to feel a difference. Well, their is.
Since I have removed them the car's front end has a bit more of a lift during acceleration and feels awsome. No words to describe it, just a better feeling and most definatly I will show gains with my next timeslip to give you all numbers.
I was messing around on turns and with the handling and it is not really that big of a difference. The front suspension feels a bit more loose. Making turns the car is not as stiff but it doesnt matter because it doesn't interfere with driving, it still handles the same with the acception of the "loose" feeling.

Take it off, you will still have better handling than almost every truck
