Rear main seal question

Which seal is better? They have them in teflon and in rubber.

I personally have never had a good experience with the teflon seal. Never had a problem with the GM rubber.

The trick is to install it correctly without ruining it. Either use the GM tool, or a piece of PVC if you dont have the tool.

I used a Teflon and have no problems for 3 years 20k. Not sure if its the better choice though...
