Rear Main Seal

Any of you on here ever heard of the rear main seal cap or adapter bolts coming loose and falling into the dust shield of the torque converter on a 1997 Z28? and if so what did you do to fix this problem?

I have seen numerous threads of rear main seal housing bolts coming out. Proper installation with a little Loctite should take care of it.
