have a 94 caprice with the lt1.my problem was that none of my fans work.the cooling fans.even with the ac on they didnt work.so i replaced all the fuses and relays.nothing.so what i did was took cooling temp sensor off and touched it with a ground and the fans kicked right on.but,the check engine light comes on.then when i disconnect my battery for the check engine light to go off the fans dont work.they only work when i touch the ground on thats sensor and the check engine light comes on.what should i do.

 

I would assume the fans work in the same way as the f-body, but can't be sure of every detail. There are wiring diagrams on my Tech Page. Just remember they are not for a Caprice.
