Rear Brake Problem

I have recently been having a problem with my rear disk brakes on my 1996 camaro SS. I had the rotors and pads replaced about a month and a half ago, and they were already beginning to squeak quite a bit. I took the car back and the pads were very worn in the middle, and the rotors had become rusty in the short amount of time that they had been on. Since the pads have been replaced the squeaking has gone away, but I am starting to hear it come back slowly but surely. It looked to me as if the pads were not hitting the rotors all the ways before they had been replaced the second time. If anyone has any advice for me on this or has happened to you, please reply to me at thegarcias1998@yahoo.com Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Alot,
Tony
