Is It Really Necessary To Change To Vented Opti When Doing Cam Change??
Just wondering if it is really that big of a deal to change over to a vented opti when doing a cam change...
Please give me any and all info on this subject you have...i've DONE SEARCHES by the way...lol

That's relative.. [to what you consider a big deal..]
You need to swap the opti, cam, timing chain, timing cover, opti harness[wiring], and add an opti vacuum vent harness..
Quite a bit of work .. BUT if doing a cam swap most all of the above is removed anyway..
That's why many do it then..
And if you didn't find this in a search you're searchign the wrong subject.. it's discussed over and over here..

-if you are or soon will be in need of an opti, the vented opti is $100 cheaper (however, you will have to get a different timing cover plus buy the electircal and vacuum harnesses)
-you will have many more choices for timing gear sets (if you keep the non-vented opti, you are virtually stuck with only using the stock type set)
If these things are not important to you, then don't worry about upgrading.
