Adapting Z05/C5 Brakes to LT1?

I was thinking of buying some C5 or Z06 calipers/rotors, anyone know any info on how this is done??? Who sells adapter plates for them?

The install looks extremely straightforward and simple. Bob did a great job on it. Plus with exception to a sawzall, you only use common hand tools. I got my brackets through Bob back in September and will post by next month how the install went when it warms up a little.
