Re use heat shields on plug change?

I just installed my MSD's 8.5 , should I re use the original heatshields on the the rear plugs? If so they have to be bent out to fit. Feedback?

No reason not to, if you can get them to fit.

i just did mine last night and i reused and rerouted the new wires through all the factory heat shields and looming. i used msd 8.5s as well. just bend it out slide the new boot into it and clamp it back on so its snug and wont fall off. as hard as that number seven wire is to do following factory routing i sure as hell didnt want it burning up.
