re-adjusting rr's again... should they be a little loose when motor off?

I was wondering basically what it says in the title. When I turn the car off after tightening/locking the poly locks I can move some of the rr's (i have 1.6 cc pro mags) just a very little bit. I cant move them more than a millimeter or 2, but it is moving nonetheless w/ moderate pressure on them from side to side. There is no up-down movement however. Is this normal? or does this mean I have to tighten them tighter? check sig for mods... thx
