i have this constant squeak/rattle sound that is over my head and to the left by where the window and the t-top meets it seems. its less squeaky when the t-tops are off. and its always less squeaky somtimes depending on how i put the t-top on. can anyone tell me how to kill this squeak?

a quick fix attempt would be some lithium grease or something to lube the contact points between the ttops and the weather strip.

it could also be body flex which is VERY common with ttop cars.

the only way to reduce (tough to really eliminate it) is some subframe connectors

I agree. SFC's should help, along with maybe a strut tower brace.

Also, if it's your t-top itself rattling, I know on my old 3rd gen, mine rattled and found out you could adjust the lock to make it a tighter fit. I don't know about the 4th gens though cause I have a vert.

There's a few companies out there. I have BMR. I think alot of people have them cause they're a little cheaper in price, and you have the choice of bolt in, or weld in styles. I think the weld in are better though. Any camaro sponsor has them like thunderracing.com. I bought mine from BMR themselves. Their site is BMRfabrication.com Good Luck

If it is a fairly heavy sounding clunk from that area, it might be your shoulder belt slack adjuster. Mine makes some noise too. Not sure how to fix it.
