I recieved my vented opti from Dal today but the #5 plastic piece that extends out so the wire can connect is broken off. I tried calling Dal but I think he is out of the office already. So my question is should I send it back and get a new one? I don't think it would be a good idea to try and glue the piece back on. Especially since it wasn't my fault, probably UPS . Anyone have this problem before. Did Dal replace it for free? Thanks guys

I'm sure he will replace it. Going to be a little tougher with the holiday if you are in a rush.

 

Luckily I wasn't planning on installing it until my winter break (2 or 3 weeks). I'll give him a call Friday and see what he has to say. I'm sure he will replace it he seems like a great guy.

 

Hey bud.....don't even think of glueing it back together. You paid good money for it. He'll replace it.
