A driveshaft loop isn't a big deal to find or install. Check out some of the supporting vendors, one of them should have one. An electric water pump has been proven to provide gains of 10hp on the dyno so it is a worthwhile mod. As for milling the heads and port matching the heads and intake, I wouldn't do that until I was ready to cam the car as well. You won't see huge gains if any with the air foil or the TB on a stock or bolt-ons LT1. If you have the airfoil sitting around, it wouldn't hurt to put in. As for the stall, it shouldn't hurt your fuel economy and the MT 255/50-16s will fit stock 16" rims.

As long as u get a converter with a lock-up clutch, it shouldnt hurt highway driving.
