If its sticking up, grab a pair of vise grips and twist it out. Or if there is enough threads put two nuts on it and tighten them togethere and then unscrew it using the bottom nut.

If you click on the link and drag your cursor down to the little earth looking icon in the bottom toolbar, it will load up the pic for you. Btw, good luck getting that out.

Get some vise grips and clamp down on the **** as hard as you can and unscrew it.

I got the link to work. Had to copy and paste.

You might want to use some penetrant on it like PB Blaster and then use a removal tool if the vice grips don't work. Sears has several tools for removal of broken bolts when there is something to grab.

Try screwing a nut onto the bolt and tac welding in on then use a wrench or ratchet and pull out if that dosen't work you'll have to drill out the hole and retap it.

This is a simple fix, and yes I have done it before. No welding or any of hat stuff required.

1) Spray the bolt down with PB Blaster or some like pentrant.

2) Take two nuts and spin them onto the bolt, I can see the pics and you have enough thred to get the job done.

3) Use a box/open end wrench and loosen the bolt by working the button of the two nuts.

4) It will work, and buy ARP hardare next time
