Radiator Plug F-ed up

I went to drain the radiator to flush my system and od the tb bypass and the bleeder screw (not sure if correct terminology, its the thing that drains teh coolant) is ****ed up. Its just a stub. No little "wings" or anything to turn. Any idea on how to get this thing out to drain the radiator and then where to get a replacement one? Thanks guys!
