Radiator options
The stock radiator flows pretty well. If it's running warm simply swap in a 160 stat and get your PCM reprogrammed to trigger the fans at a lower temp. If that doesn't solve your problem than you have other gremlins in your system you need to deal with. A BeCool radiator is an expensive solution to a relatively simple problem.

Fred,
Where do you get a Griffin radiator?
What kind of massaging do you do to the cover?
Marc
I got mine through the shop that built my motor. But I've seen them in JEG's and Summit. You might need to get the part # from Griffen for the LT1 radiator.... they typicallt do not list that one in the Summit catalog.
I have the SLP Ram Air box. It sits on the radiator cover and was way too high, forcing the airbox outlet to offset from the TB. We cut almost everything off the bottom of the radiator cover, and used screws into the radiator to retain it. That put the airbox closer to level with the TB.

Charged Air Systems (CAS) makes an aluminum LT1 radiator as well.

Can't say much for their customer service, though... Couldn't get an answer to email or voice mail for a couple of weeks and then my fuel pressure regulator just showed up one day. It is a nice regulator, though...
You might also have buildup in the vent tube at the back of the head. A restriction there can cause overheating in LT1s...
