Radiator Fans

Whats an easy way to tell if they come on when they are supposed to? I ask because my car has a tendency to run a bit hot during city driving. However, i never hear the fans come on. Any help is appreciated,

Andrew

The pcm will command low speed fans "ON" at 226º and "OFF" at 221º and high speed fans "ON" at 235º and "OFF" at 230º.

Depending on the year of your car (which you did not bother to post) you may have one or both fans on, initially. Listen closely or you may have to look underneath to tell if any are on.

I Appreciate the quick reply, i 'm going to do a flush and fill today (with the help of your website) and hopefully work on getting my coolant temps down.
