prime oil system

prime oil system

I have a motor that hasnt run in 3 years, just sat there so I wanna prime the oil system somehow while its semi apart how do I do that?

Unplug the injectors and the coil and turn it over for a minute or two. Then plug everything back in and fire it up. Oh, you might want to change the fluids and filters before you do all that.

Semi apart? If the intake is off, you're supposed to use a drill to prime.

yeah its not in a car its just sitting in my garage and im selling it, the intake could be removed because hes gonna tear it down anyways so if you could go into more detail or direct me somewhere that tells about using a drill that would be great!

You'll have to get a priming tool with a drill attatchment. If shoebox comes in here, maybe he can give you a more in-depth answer.
