Radiator Fan Issues

I'm having an issue with one of my fan motors. The problem is that the drivers side is not running but the passenger side is. I figured it was the motor fried so I got a new one, but that didn't fix it. I did a little reading on shoebox's web site that said the late 94's (thats what mine is) had a three relay system. However mine only has two there (maybe it's just the two relay style..) Does that seem like a possibility? If so, how do you test them?

Thanks
Matt

UPDATE:

I swapped different relays around in an attempt to see if that was the issue. Seeing as though I know my fog lights and secondary fan work, I used those relays too test the primary fan but neither made it come on. I also checked the fuse. Any other ideas? Thanks

Re: Radiator Fan Issues

Check to see if power and ground is getting to the fan when the relay is engergized.
