Racetronix walbro 255 w booster

What is the HP limit of this pump? I bought it and had it installed thinking around 600rwhp was the limit but just wanted to double check before I re-jet the nitrous. Anyone have experience maxing it out? I am at 500rwhp/636 rwtq with the 100 shot; would love to rejet for a 200shot

I don't know if anyone can guarantee that for you. Hopefully, you have a fuel pressure safety switch, in case you try it out and don't have enough. A lot of us started running two pumps around that power level. Sounds like you have a nice setup.

You need to start with the flywheel HP, not the rear wheel. Appears you have an M6, so you are looking at about 700HP at the flywheel. If you assume an 0.55 BSFC due to the nitrous, and allow for a 20% recycle to the tank for safety, I calculate you are looking at about 305 LPH. With a lower BSFC and a lower recycle, you might just make it.... but I wouldn't put my money on "might".

I'm running dual 205 LPH (410 LPH total) high pressure pumps, for 800HP at the flywheel, with a 300-shot). The second pump only operates when the nitrous system is armed.

Ya, sounds like the 200shot may be where I need the upgrade. 150shot sounds like it is still possible though safely. I should probably install a permanent fuel pressure gauge for this setup...
