I had an LT4 ED chain setup on my old motor that I'm swapping into a 67 C-10. I just want to replace the chain because it sustained some damage when removing, so the question is can I just use a standard SBC single roller chain or do I have to get a LTx specific chain? Yes I know it's taboo to just replace the chain and not the full 3 piece set, but I already have the cam sprocket and an oversized crank gear and don't want to spend $150+ on a new set. No I don't want a link chain either, I prefer a roller. No I don't want to buy an electric water pump either and do a swap
