Quick help!

Quick help!
With the mods listed below, my car idle drops dramatically when I first shift from Park to Drive or Reverse. In P, it idles around 1100 rpm and in D or R, it idles about 800 rpm. When I shift from P to D or R, it drops to about 200-300 rpms and after a second or so, it goes back up. What is causing this (IAC?) and can it be fixed? Thanks,
Kyle

Yes, I have it tuned by Bryan @ PCMforless. I even had him bump the idle RPM's up soem trt and counter the drop. What exactly does the IAC do? I thought it was supposed to compensate for this type of stuff. Your cam is a wee bit bigger than mine so I would kind of epect that from your car but this is the reason i went with the HC; it was supposed to be pretty close to stock idle characteristics with more mid and top end. Any ideas, keep them coming,
Kyle
