questions on running with new cam and headers and mods

i am just finishing up my install of my mods and was wondering what i can look fwd to when i start it up for the first time. what are some typical things taht i can expect to have to deal with when i get all the way done? I also had hardley any probs with the pacesetter LTs, i broke this sensor on the rear of the manifold though can anyway tell me what it is?. here picture PRM0006.JPG

Make sure to check the rocker adjustment after intital startup. I didnt last year when i finished my rebuild and they were way off and them being sa, they came off of the valve stem and bent some pushrods. I would recomend the engine running method. Check oil pressure...if it is low dont run the car any longer same goes for any klunks or other unusual noises.
