Questions and a problem....
94 z28 - putting my stock rocker arms back on. how do you know what to torque them to? the nut that is.... also i lost a washer or whatever that part is that goes inside the rocker arm that the nut goes on top off. what now???

You can't just throw the rockers back on and tighten them down. Doing so can cause some bent and broken parts. You will need to set the valve lash.
