Questions on adjusting RR with motor running.

So what's the proper way to do this. I've already adjusted them once, so I guess I need to back off the rocker nut locks a few turns? Should I do the whole side and then after I've got them adjusted should a tighten down the locks afterwards?

loosen until you hear it start to chatter and slowly tighten until it stops chattering; then go 1/8 tight more and lock it down go to the next. Do one side at a time (1 head) you can safely go 1/4 down.

Not yet...but I verified that they work. I gournded the jumper where it hooks up to the PCM and they clicked on no problem. I think maybe my coolant system still has air in it, or maybe my PCM is buggy? I'm gonna look at that today. If need be, can we swap PCMs and see if that fixes it?
